Statistical Analysis Consulting

Many practices wish to have monthly evaluation of their practice statistics because they find it assists them to find problems with their practice systems within a short period of time instead of discovering it on their own down the road. Changes are made easier when things are not out of control for long periods of time.

This service includes the gathering of the data, the computer input, printouts of the statistics and graphs.

Each month you receive an evaluation letter with input for success and information to help you reach your goals. You also receive monthly positive motivating messages and any additional documentation that may be needed to implement recommendations from Cindy. Many months you will receive some extra form of information that you can put to use in your practice.

This service can also be provided quarterly and includes: gathering of the previous quarter’s data, the computer input printouts of the statistics, and graphs. You will receive a letter evaluating the statistics from the quarter, with input for success and information to help you reach your goals. You also receive that month’s positive motivating messages and any additional documentation that may be needed to implement recommendations from Cindy.

Team Meetings or Coaching/Training Sessions
